Mr. Fred Weiss, MBA - Treasurer
Executive Director, Samaritan's Purse
Fred Weiss is the Executive Director of Samaritan’s Purse – Canada, an international Christian relief organization working in over 70 countries worldwide, and is responsible for its global projects and programs. With a successful 22-year business career with one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies, and various key roles within Canadian Christian ministries, Fred is also Executive Director of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada.
Fred has witnessed first-hand the struggles of civil war in Africa, poverty stricken-slums in Southeast Asia, and the impact the caring Christian Church can have on embattled communities. A native Calgarian, Fred is married to René. Together they have two sons. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Mr. Andrew J. Trevoy LLP - Moderator

Andrew Trevoy practices Corporate/Commercial law, and is the senior member of the Trevoy LLP law firm. fTrevoy LLP was founded June 1, 1998 to conduct a limited practice for business clients concentrating on Taxation, Corporate Securities, International Organization, Business Dispute Resolution and related Corporate and Commercial matters. Outside of the law firm Mr. Trevoy invests in and provides director level leadership to several Alberta based private business organizations and is the founder and 50% owner of a business resourcing U.S. based small business trade mark owners.
Prior to the founding of Trevoy LLP, Mr. Trevoy was for the previous 10 years managing partner of a mid-sized Edmonton based general practice law firm. Under Andrew’s leadership, that firm became the first Canadian law firm to adopt a demonstrable quality standard by registration under ISO 9002. Mr. Trevoy has called Edmonton, Alberta home for most of his life. He attended the University of Alberta obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics and then Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario where he graduated with his Bachelor of Laws.
Outside the business sphere, Andrew's involvements revolve around his family, Christian not for profit and athletic endeavours. He is the chair of the Boards of the Mustard Seed (Calgary), and the Gull Lake Centre (camping and retreat facility) and the Secretary of the Baptist Union Development Foundation. Last year Andrew completed both an Ironman Triathlon and a Boston qualifying marathon. Andrew is married to Anna, his wife of 27 years, and they have 3 children.

North American Baptist Conference
Bob Walther is the Regional Minister of the Alberta Baptist Association (ABA) of North American Baptists. The ABA consists of 65 churches with 150 plus staff. Bob has worked extensively in church planting in the ABA and the North American Baptist Conference. Bob is a graduate of Taylor University College and Seminary. His joy is his wife Marilyn and their two children and 4 grandchildren.
Dale Perry - Member
Vice President, Systems Delivery & Operations and Customer Experience, Bell
With 30 years of experience at Bell, Dale spent most of his career in Toronto, developing through the ranks in various roles within the IT organization. Currently, as Vice President of Systems Delivery and Operations, and Customer Experience, for Bell, Western Region, Dale provides leadership to both the IS/IT team and the Customer Care and Billing teams. Accountable for the end to end Customer Experience, Dale brings together the IT team with the business users to establish and improve business processes as well as make the systems changes required to support those business processes.
In his personal life, Dale was raised in a Christian home and both he and his family are very involved in their church, serving in technical ministries as well as leadership roles. In the past, Dale has served in many roles within his church including many years as a Board Member, Sunday School teacher, Youth and Young Adult leader in the local church setting. Dale has also directed numerous youth camping programs and has served on the Advisory Committee for the Nazarene Church.
Dale has a passion for short term missions and has traveled to the jungles of northern Peru and to Cuba many times. Dale and Sharilyn have been married for 26 years and they have one daughter, who shares these same passions.
