Guests learn how to conduct job searches, create resumes, use email and conduct general web searches.

Guests are trained in basic computer skills.

Provides training for resume building and interview skills.
Career Development Appointments
Guests complete career assessments and explore career opportunities both within The Mustard Seed and larger community.

SeedWorks
Our SeedWorks employment program provides guests with meaningful employment opportunities.
This program helps support guests by:
- Providing employment opportunities through The Mustard Seed’s Facility and Food Services departments, along with job opportunities at Mountain Aire Lodge
- Developing employability skills
- Gaining valuable career experience through employment
- Providing job mentor supports for “on the job training”
- Supporting guests' transition from SeedWorks staff to participating members of the community.
