Our SeedWorks employment program provides guests with meaningful employment opportunities.
This program helps support guests by:
- Providing employment opportunities through The Mustard Seed's Facility and Food Services departments, along with job opportunities at Mountain Aire Lodge
- Developing employability skills
- Gaining valuable career experience through employment
- Providing job mentor supports for "on the job training"
- Supporting guests’ transition from SeedWorks staff to participating members of the community.
