This 224-apartment building is a made-in Calgary solution to homelessness. Yet permanently changing peoples’ lives calls for a multi-faceted strategy, what The Mustard Seed calls “Housing Plus.” The “plus” is an array of programs and services provided by our volunteers and staff that go far beyond simply putting people in spaces.
