Front-line positions work directly with community members experiencing homelessness or poverty. A Shelter Support Worker works closely with The Mustard Seed’s participants accessing the Shelter Program, encouraging them in their journey, praying with them and directing them to The Mustard Seed’s programs and services. Shelter Support Workers respond to participant needs on an ongoing basis and ensure they are supported and cared for.
